Miley and Patrick reportedly enjoyed a PDA-filled time together. Not only were they all smiles at the event, but they also held hands with each other too, an insider told E!.

“They were holding hands and didn’t want to take photos together,” the insider said. “They were very nice and took photos with the DJ who is Oscar Adler,” the insider said.
Perhaps Miley and Patrick didn’t want to further upset Patrick’s mom, Maria Shriver, who is not thrilled with their relationship, by showing off their relationship more!
The couple reportedly socialized with others during the event, including chatting it up with actress Joey King before leaving the event.
Miley and Patrick’s appearance at the event was a shocker since Patrick is well into finals week at USC, while Miley recently underwent surgery at a hospital.
